Minor wear and slight sunning to board edges and some foxing of page edges; otherwise a very good copy. Illustrated by Map frontispiece, by 4 black and white photographic plates, and by folding genealogical table at end. Decorated by half title and title page vignettes. History of the Channel Island of Sark by a member of an old Sark family. Various documents relevant to Sark's history are printed in the 27 appendices.
