Flyleaves browned and fore edge foxed; otherwise a very good clean copy. Illustrated by 6 engraved plates, including frontispiece and by folding map of county. Systematic antiquarian guide to the city and county of Lincoln, first published 1874. By Sir Charles Henry John Anderson, 9th Bart. (1804-93), local dignitary and antiquary. Includes memoir of the author by Sir George Prevost, 2nd Bart. (1804-93). Revised by The Rev. Arthur Roland Maddison (1843-1912), office holder of the Cathedral and antiquary.
