Slight wear to extremities, but otherwise a very good copy. Illustrated by 8 pages of colour plates and by numerous black and white text figures, drawings and photographs. Well illustrated dictionary of all things nautical - weather, coastlines, personalities and names and types of vessels, techniques, etc. Lionel Willis, marine artist was Head of Design at the National Maritime Museum
